Phase Two of the voting has now begun. Guidelines and reminders:
1) Each user may declare up to three total votes
2) No user may vote for a VN that is not on the
final candidate list3) No user may vote for the same candidate more than once
4) Each user may declare one of their votes to be a "downvote," thereby canceling out someone else's "upvote." A downvote does count as one of your three total, so don't post three ups and a down.
5) You may not edit your post later, unless you break the above rules somehow and are told to fix it.
6) Please do not include lengthy comments, discussion, or justifications regarding your votes or anyone else's.
There's a thread for that.7) Finally, please vote for what you honestly want to see translated, regardless of its chances for winning. I want to know what you really think, not what you think everyone else thinks. Don't worry about your vote not counting, since the final round is entirely separate from this one.
