Since these are pretty much my only remaining weakness in the Japanese language, I'm going to start listing all I can find here in the hopes of eventually getting a comprehensive list.
And only nanoris, so don't tell me 二 is pronounced ni, because that never happens in names.
Also, lowercase is kun'yomi and capital is on'yomi (the two major types of kanji readings). For the monolingual, most names with two or more kanji have all kanji read as on'yomi or all as kun'yomi. Very rarely are they mixed (although it's perfectly normal to have a surname be one and a given name the other).
